Striving for All is a Non-profit Organization seeking to provide accessible education and healthcare to underprivileged children. After having operated for 4 years, they have grown a large network of partnering organizations and donors, and have been able to help many communities.

Due to their success over the years, they decided to showcase this in the form of an annual report that would be available on the website and in print.

This report would inform donors, stakeholders, and partners of where their contributions are going, and spread awareness of what Striving for All has achieved.

Since this was going to be Striving for All's first annual report, it was important for me to create a structure and layout that they could continue using in the coming years.

There was also a lack of design systems and brand guidelines for me to follow, so I had to improvise and picked appropriate elements from their existing website.

The report also had to be easily editable by the SFA team and required the ease of creating a printable version, so we agreed that we would work on Canva.

The project began with a meeting with SFA's founder to understand the organization's mission and the purpose of this report. This was followed by extensive research of other similar organizations. After creating a rough formatting guideline, I create a low-fidelity wireframe-type version of the report.

Upon approval of the layout, I proceeded to incorporate more details and elements into the report, such as images taken at events, and brand colors.
